Gabee, Actually, i dunno yet how long i'll stay there. I have a good friend in canada (Hamilton) i'd like to visit and another one in LA. but september is always crazy here at work so i really dunno...  That's a half hr away.. Maybe we could meet up or something! I love meeting new melons! ;D Anyway, it's just an idea...

Thanks very much for this info....I plan to go this year (for the first time)....I wish Layne Staley had a section like this as I am planning to honor him in person too for the first time this year.... OMG, Its you, my fellow melon at the alice board!!!! How are you doing sweety? Havent been to the Jar in sooooo long! This is so crazy you found this board so quick, I was planning on posting about it at the jars tonight.. So is it official now, you coming to the vigil for sure??? WEEEEEEEEE! I sooo look forward to seeing ya there! I wish I could make it to the Layne Tribute too, but I just know it aint gonna happen.. not this year  Well anyways, welcome to the PATCH! I hope you stick around, Im sure you'll love it here! Charles man, that sucks about work but I hope you do get to travel around all you want... Maybe you could come to San Francisco after the vigil with us, then you could take a bus from there to L.A.? That'd be fun! As far as the vigil goes, the most important days are Sat cause thats the official day and Sunday cause of Vigilstock (you do NOT wannna miss it!).. I think this year a lot of people will stay Monday as well, considering that will be the 26th... As long as we see you there man! |

Pick me! Pick me! :lmfao: (he looks like he's raising his finger doesnt he?) I will be there Monday for sure, even though last year it was a very sad day cause it was when everybody left.. Man I remember that night I was sooo depressed that it was over, and that we were leaving the very next day... Our room was the only melon one, the hotel was sooo silent and calm But Im sure this year will be different, not only will this vigil be BIG (10th anniversary) but its his bee day, come on.. People have to stay! I think we'll be leaving like.. Tues? Wed? Who knows.. hehehehe Im depending on Nata and Emma I guess, whatever they wanna do is fine with me.. As long as we get to San Francisco safe and sound, I'll even ride a donkey hehehe |

I'd love to stay that long! I'd get so lost in my classes though...if I have enough art classes, I might be able to pull it off. But education classes are hard to skip. Hmm..I'll see when it gets closer. I think I'll manage missing Friday and Monday. Oh I'm getting so anxious for it! Still have all summer z :peace:e |

It'll go by quick.. Hopefully! Actually, summer goes by so fast cause its usually when ur the most busy and "having fun"... and you're usually worried about whether or not you're going to have enough money and all that... Once we get to May we'll be all set  :booty: |

I know summer will be going by fast. Let's see, end of this semester, then I'm going to England in June/July, then I'm going to visit Lauren. And Bob and I will go camping a few times. Then of course in August, he's moving here  Then my birthday in Sept, and soon after, the vigil! Yes, worried about money! But I think Bob and I will be splitting everything, so that'll be cheaper. I WILL get there! I'll get to see Shannon and Nel and Vernie and all of you guys! :bee: z :peace:e |

Yes Fer I sure do remember Are we still renting that car? Oh and Zoe... Why dont you guys share a ride with other melons? I know of at least 4 other melons who will be coming from OH... And you could always share rooms too... Last year we were going to have a bunch of people over so we were going to get 4 rooms and the see whos going to sleep where once we got there... but it turned out a lot of them coulnt make it so it was just me, fer, kiwi, panda, emma and hippy... I think I'd safe to say that melons are pretty trustable (is that a word?)... well except for that one psycho person you already know all about |

rob and i will be there! our first vigil!
we'll be coming from long island....
the only really sucky thing is that my brother is getting married the weekend before in boston. SO, rob and i will have to take off from work fri through mon the weekend before the vigil....and we work in restaurants! (they don't really like when you take weekends off)
so, we don't really know how long we will be able to stay after the vigil...it also depends on if we're both in school, etc.....
well, whatever happens, we'll be there, and can't wait.
and i really hope to see my new dutch friends paul and martin there!
