Hun...don't worry....Im here Im here...
I'm planning to fly friday the 23rd. (reeeeeaaaally early in the morning.... it's only a 2 hour fligh but I want to enjoy friday as much as I can...)
But it might change....lol (last year I was leaving on friday as well...but at the last moment I left on thursday night....I was dying to get there...lol)

Towards the end of the year all of us leaders get our vacation days straightened out between us & after that they're basically written in stone.I go back to work after 10 days off on 7/11 ,then I take 6 days of vacation time at the end of August.After that it's of course Vigil Time YEAH! We're both taking Friday Sept.23rd off so we can spend the day & night in Chicago,then it's off early on Saturday from there for the Vigil.YEAH! I've already picked up & seen a few cool candle holders I might bring along with me.It's gonna be my 1st Vigil & I'm sure it'll be incredible! We plan on staying at the Knights Inn,though we haven't reserved the room yet.We have to leave Sunday to get back for work on Monday though.I know I have it easy compared to what alot of people have to go through trying to get there & I'm lucky for that.I'm grateful for alot of things & having the means to get to the Vigil by car is one of them. Talk at ya later!

Glad to see your Vigil plans are in full effect...can't wait to see you all there....and at the good ol Knights...hehehehe Anyhow...I know this is a bit off topic...but does ANYONE have any idea why hoonstruck.com is down? Howdee Melons!!! Just wanted to give you all an update on the Knights Inn reservation situation. For those of you who booked your rooms prior to August 23rd with the Sugar Sky Productions block...you'll receive the "discount" they set up for us. However...I just talked to the manager of the place and he said that he's still putting all us Melons together if you tell them you're with Sugar Sky Productions...but unfortunately, you won't get the discount. He finally told me our "big discount" was only a mere like 5-7 bucks...but hey a discount is a discount right? So I know Gabbee was having a problem with them - I fixed the situation, all the desk clerks are aware of us muahahahahaha...so feel free to keep booking (even if you need to grab a room when you arrive, although I advise against it...cause though there's no Purdue game this year - thank god - there's some Festival of the Hunter's Moon thing, the guy told me, so I recommend getting a reservation as early as you can to make sure you can be there with all of us!) I can't wait to see all of you there...please get there safely, and be wary of the Dayton and Lafayette PD...we'll be singin "No Bidness" to em soon enough! hahaha Peace, Love & Shannon, Soul |
