Nothing came of Sheilas appt. with the rhuematologist.They ruled out sclederma.Here next test is a breath test to see if she has too many or the wrong kind of bacteria in her small intestine.If there is,then it's a series of antibiotics that can get rid of it.Simple,huh?Let's Hope.
I've been listening to The Best Of cd & the For My Friends cd everyday.Also alot of Jazz after dark.It seems to have a calm & relaxing effect on me lately.We have WRCJ,90.9 fm here in Detroit & it's online also.

So today just Shane (my husband) and I went on a 21 mile bike road thru parts of Rhode Island while the kids hung out with my mom...it was fantastic but I sure am tired and my body will probably hate me more tomorrow than it does today. I love bike riding. Just thought I'd share.

That's alot of miles.Sounds like it was a good ride though.There's a couple parks nearby that have mile long tracks for riding & walking.I use them all the time.In winter they power brush one of the tracks so people can still use it.

My friend Karen (BEE Happy) saw Joan Osborne a couple nights ago!! I gave her a couple things I was hoping Joan would sign for me.. Joan did (even though the stuff I printed from the internet were a bit weird..) ... Thanks Karen!!
I think she may pop into the forum and type a review of the show.. Bummed I couldnt go.. But, super happy that she did!!!

this summer completely flew by...the kiddos go back to school in 2 days- it seems like they were just ending...was a good summer but it went intirely too fast...now the countdown to the mastadon/deftones/alice-in-chains show and the vigil, it'll all be here in a blink.

I agree about how the summer went so fast... I was looking forward to summer so much and now I feel I blinked and it's almost gone! At least I can say I got a max out of it... but still want more  Maybe one day I'll move to a place where there's summer all year long. |

thanks matt. i loooove this. he bluesed it up beeautifully! kinda think this might be what a black crowes version would sound like........also maybe even an elton john version.........such a great song.......anyway you play it!
