Oh, and btw, what's all that thing with Chicago? Is it a cool city? Cause it doesn't seem so close to Indiannapolis so I wonder why you're mentioning it, a city I should definitely see if I come to Indiana?

LOL, yes my wee little angel munchkin!!! I live between Chicago and Lafayette, conveniently. I work in Chicago so I'm here every day. I live in northwestern Indiana, so it's a common thing for people to make that commute. And yes my wee little angel munchkin, you cannot come here without seeing Chicago. I would suggest flying into Chicago actually, rather than Indianapolis. I can pick you up from Midway airport when you come. Makes no sense really to come up to Lafayette from the south when I'm right here.

Oh, forgot to mention that Chicago is the largest American city anywhere near Indiana. LOL So yeah, it's something you shouldn't miss visiting if you come to Indiana . . .

So I'm thinking of camping at the cemetery,do we bring tents or how does it go. I don't mind walking to use a ladies room but please tell me there is a 24 hour something within a mile

I don't mind walking to use a ladies room but please tell me there is a 24 hour something within a mile Well, during the actual Vigil in September there are people who put tents up at the cemetary (hopefully not ON anyone . . . ewe). Anyway, I don't know if tents would be a problem or not this April. I'm not sure whether the town makes an exception because they know about the Vigil or what. You might want to call someone first cuz it would suck to plan on it and count on it and then have someone tell you you can't do it. But for September it shouldn't be a problem.

See, that sounds nice. I'll probably do that myself then, if it's common for people to just set up tents at the cemetery. I think it would be nice to have a tent off a little bit away, and then be able to go walk around and mingle with everyone over near Shannon's place. I hope it's like I have it in my mind, that I start looking around and suddenly recognize one of your crazy mugs from off here! I know I'd feel my stomach drop right then if it happened. It's be fun. Now just stop making me jealous for April!!!!

Now just stop making me jealous for April!!!! Well, the first year I went to the actual vigil, I was originally going to stay at the Knight's Inn with everyone else. Then once I saw it I cancelled my stay and really would've slept in my van if there hadn't been a room available somewhere. I would say it's totally cool to sleep in your van. I would think.

There's room around Shannon's grave and I understand that was done purposely, because of who he is. I think the surrounding area belongs to his family. There are other graves very close, but along the sides of him at least there is a lot of empty room. Then at the back of the cemetary, and on the side, there are lots and lots of trees. That's where people tend to set up their tents.

OK now what about the potty thing?this has me worried~ LOL!!!! Well ok so you've decided to sleep in the van, right? Alright. . . all I can say is . . . hope you're a nature lover! LOL. Kinda kidding. There are two gas stations within a mile from the cemetary. Those are great pit-stops for potty and snacks, etc. I think it might take a while to hike there and back tho, it's a little bit hilly like right where the cemetary is. But you'll have your van, right, so you can drive back and forth no problem. Yeah, don't worry. #smiliechristopher#
