I love deserted, that little solo, I wish it went for longer.... Before I got my license that was always going to be the song I'd listen to first when driving late at night.... And it was, and that solo takes me right back to being 17 or so years old. Good times!

"Raw Soup" is awesome.
It's great that we have those takes in such great quality. I prefer the ending to the song "Soup" here than on the studio version. The vocals (the woooaaah woaaaaah bits) make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

Fucking Kerrang!
All you need to do is look at the douchebag on the front cover (who's phoney toughness they idolise) to get a picture of where they're coming from.
I used to like Pantera, but Phil put me off... What an asshole, that "Un-scarred (fuck I'm hard)" image he created was pathetic. Rex, Dime and Vinnie are good musicians though.

Simply awesome crowds, big fans of music down there You just get the stage dive at the end of this vid amazing crowd!

I'd be all over this! Maybe a double 45rpm press? And definitely no remastering! Or if they remaster don't jack up the volume (like 99% of mastering engineers do these days, killing the dynamics of the recording! *Cough* Pearl Jam Re-Issues *Cough*). BUT, what I'd really, really love to see would be an LP of the 'Nico' album, pressed from the original masters to vinyl, by a reputable mastering engineer! It's never before been pressed to vinyl, and would complete my melon on vinyl collection!

That's easy, Woodstock 94, front row centre! I'd be curious to see the reaction at a certain show where they opened for Lenny Kravitz, but I'd make sure that the Doc parks a few rows back from the front.

I wrote on the Facebook page today, this is a "Voodoo Child" tease, "Voodoo Chile" is a completely different (yet awesome) song from ELL... Was cool to hear that riff thrown in there though!

Hey guys, I never saw this thread when it was originally posted, which is a bummer as I own the Japanese versions of the BM discs Soup finishes like normal (Lemonade, with the happy New Orleans music and clapping). Then goes straight into "Soup". Which is the version found on "Nico," After that, there is a long silence, then the "New Life, Backwards (also known as "Hello Goodbye" or "That backwards music in the pregap of track 1"), after this the cd ends. I hope this (extremely late) information is still helpful!

I'd rather see something in CD format.... But, I'll take what I can get. Please, please PLEASE Blind Melon, don't give up on physical formats! I HATE downloads! Give me something tangible, that I can hold, and add to my collection, and LISTEN to! If you're going to skip the CD at least give us a limited run of 7" or 12" singles! I'm sure a lot of us would pay for the premium! I still haven't bought Unified Theory's "Cinematic" album, as it's STILL only available on iTunes! I looked for years for even a promo cd of it (as I did with the "Wishing Well" and "Tumbling Down" singles! Heck, I even got a Promo FMF album!) .. but never found Cinematic..
