My memory is fading I guess. happens to the best of us... for some reason it's happened to me as well. =0) I can't think of any questions that haven't been asked... what about your favorite concert of the past year? (it's probably been asked but what the hell)

What is your favorite song to play on guitar? If you can't think of just one, then list a few. ;D I've played for maybe 13 years now. but the first few years I did very little. I knew a few chords, and a handful of songs. My friend Alex taught me parts of Over the Hills and Far away, as well as Pool Shark in the beginning. I don't remember when I first got serious into playing. But I know what got me interested. Eric Claptons Unplugged just drew me in completely. At one point I was able to keep up quite well w/ that album, aside from a few of it's solos. I've recently got back into that album, trying to relearn what I once knew years ago. Hey, Hey is probably one song I just never seem to get enough of Malted Milk RHCP Blood Sugar Sex Magic was another album i NEEDED to get into !! I think w/ every strength there is weakness, and in each weakness there is strength. I can learn songs fairly quickly, but the weak side to that is I forget them quickly too so.... I guess I can say Hey, Hey and Braun Yur Stomp are a couple i've played consistently since cutting my guitar teeth at one point The Drugs Don't Work was a sing a long i couldn't get enough of

I read once that that's how Grateful Dead got their name. They opened the dictionary and the first word was "grateful" and the second time they opened it the word was "dead". Anyone heard about this too or do you think it's just a made up story? Greg? HA! that's funny! I've never heard that one. I'm sure Greg would know They started out under the name 'The Warlocks' (which an earlier version of the band was Mother McCree's Uptown Jug Champions....which was actually a great band...their sound is closely linked to that of Blind Melon's Skinned ...you can hear a sample of their stuff here: www.vidkid.com/Overseas.swf ) They discovered that there was another band by the name of 'The Warlocks' and were forced to find a new name for the band. Apparently they looked in a folklore dictionary, some say it was the Tibetan Book Of the Dead, apparently the term Grateful Dead was defined as: "the soul of a dead person, or his angel, showing gratitude to someone who, as an act of charity, arranged their burial" sorry it took so long for me to respond....i guess i overlooked this...thanks barb for bringing it to my attention

Kev congrats~ Boxers or briefs? Thanks Brandy #hugs# I don't know when Boxers came into existence, but a was a briefs boy til about Jr. High. Then it was all boxers for me. I grew tired of Mr. Johnson not making up his mind on left or right side! so in college I went to Boxer/Briefs That'd be w/ our first. Mr. Isaac. He was born on Jan. 25th 2002. I stayed that night in the hospital, and slept on the floor. The second night I went back to our apartment. The events those couple days hadn't hit me til I was alone, in my own bed. I bawled; just proud to have just become a dad. Phew... this one is tough. 'Cause we took things so slowly. We were such great friends for so long. I'm not sure the was a defining 'moment'. We knew eachother for two years before going out, and then another two years before getting engaged. Our history to that point was that she'd live 6 months up here with her sister's family, and then the other 6 w/ her family in the states. I guess I started to get this heavy feeling when I realized she'd be leaving Again. I didn't think I could go on that way. It was gonna be all or bust. I asked her to marry me. Luckily she said Yes!! High School holds a few for sure. I was heavy into sports, aside from one year I broke my hand. I woulda been the Bass player for our school production 'Grease' had sports not have interfered. Having permission to raid the music room during lunches so my buddy Alex, who was taking lessons, could teach Josh and I more songs . Alex's Van; getting a music education. Touring the town listening to everything from James Brown, Zeppelin, Sabbath, Soundgarden, Red Hot Chili Peppers, to the Squirrel Nut Zippers OH!! Farmer's Market Fridays! I can't forget those. It was just up the street from our school. I live in a cow town, so all the locals would bring fresh produce and baked goods..WOW! Mmmmmm.. Maple Butter...and Sausages (Hot Italian)If my nose is running, and I'm crying..I'm as happy as a pig in a pile of poo oh yah, my first car (after graduation) was a 1990 Blue Cavalier Entertaining My Friend Kim (her room ;D) Hacki Sac'n Coffee Houses are always great (did a couple solo, then a few w/ my buds) nah, I don't mind answering, as long as u don't mind reading novels

A simple "no" would have been just fine.
