 WOW. What a crock. Its because they are going to have vendors onhand I'm sure.... NOVAfan, I will get you my contact info. That might not help if Im out drinking with you though! This is going to take coordinated team work ;D The only thing I can say about what I have seen from the advertisements, is that Flying Dog Brewery makes some amazing beers. That is, if you're into the whole craft/microbrew thing. At $8-10 a beer, its hard to justify though... It should be a great time though regardless.. I dont think we will be as fortunate to have a flight delay make them play under the fireworks twice in a row though!

My girl printed that out for me. Didn't sound too promising for any new Melon. Law schools, different bands. Lookin bleak. "Few shows a year". I love my Melon but I would think any fan would need some new stuff from a band. FMF was great. Got into heavy and then blam, no band anymore. Now back for a "short" stint but all older Melon. How many times can this be done? Sheet I'll even take some new Unified Theory. They were awesome. As I grew from a seed to a treeeeeee....

What a crazy night! It rained like crazy right before Melon, and rained during the whole set. I had my poncho but was still freezing and soaked.
Great show, as usual. At first, a lot of the equipment was not working...we waited a long time to get sound from CT's Mandolin, Travis' acoustic and mic.
There was a barrier about 15-20 feet away from the stage and since there were not a ton of people there the band asked that they take down the barrier and security did! We all rushed the stage. What an awesome thing for BM to do.
Saw lots of great Melonheads at the show...some faces I haven't seen in a long time. It was so good to be with my Melon "family".
Some highlights were...Cavities....beautiful!!!!! Also, my man Tim got to sing the part on time and I was so happy for him. I felt like it needed to happen for him last night...so when the time came I jumped up and down and pointed to him. He got the mic...I have never seen such a happy Melonhead...he did an amazing job!
So yes, it was wet...cold...muddy...but another show that will live in my heart forever.
FYI...the Flying Dog beer was pretty good.
