So... I have a ticket for Blind Melon at the MOD Club on November 22nd... All the tour dates in the states are canceled and the latest one (Nov. 19 somewhere in New York) is canceled... Mine's on the 22nd... Wondering why it doesn't say Canceled in red on Ticketmaster? Can anyone please answer? Trying to decide if I should refund this ticket or not, cause it would say canceled on TM, are they still going to do that date? Any info would be greatly apprecicated! Thanks! -Peace, Love & Melon

Too bad about the Toronto show...I saw that one was already SOLD OUT and they were staying there to play the next night too just so everyone could see them. What a class act...I LOVE BLIND MELON!!!

According to Ticketmaster, the show is still on. I emailed them to ask about getting a refund, and they said they haven't gotten notification that the show is cancelled. Hopefully they will let people know sometime this week, otherwise there will be a lot of disappointed fans at the Mod Club on Saturday. Not everyone checks the forum or is on the mailing list.

I just received an automated phone call/message from ticket master saying that the show was postponed and that the new date was to be announced. Also that tickets would be honored for the new date, and that information regarding refunds would be given once the new date is announced. But according to the band any show before the new years gig is off.... so I'm not getting my hopes up AGAIN. =/ It's better to go with what the band says rather than Ticketmaster.

Has anyone heard from Ticketmaster regarding refunds yet? I called them a few months ago, and they said that since the show was classified as "post-poned" rather than cancelled, they won't issue refunds until a rescheduled date is announced. Well, it doesn't look like that's happening anytime soon, so I'd kinda like to get my money back!

Well, it doesn't look like that's happening anytime soon, so I'd kinda like to get my money back! I spoke with ticketmaster a while back. I had 6 tickets for the first show and 4 for the second. Seeing as I baught them online, I had to send them back marked "void" with my order # and the explanation that the shows weren't being rescheduled at this point. I think it's fucking dumb of ticketmaster to not have done the automatic refund on credit card orders for this show yet, but unless you send your tickets back or return them to where you got them, you'll be left waiting. Just go to ticketmaster.ca and click on "postponed shows", put in the blind melon show and then contact customer support.

yeah it would be nice if the band or promoter would just cancel the show and ticketmaster would automatically just credit back my creditcard for the charges...grrr

yeah well ticketmaster says the show is just postponed, not cancelled following yves instructions involves mailing in your tickets and tracking them (likely cost me $10-15) for tickets that were $50.00 total...see my point...why do I have to pay 10% to get my money back?

Cuz Ticketmaster sucks!! Might be better to pay the $10 tracking then to eat $50?
