yeah well ticketmaster says the show is just postponed, not cancelled following yves instructions involves mailing in your tickets and tracking them (likely cost me $10-15) for tickets that were $50.00 total...see my point...why do I have to pay 10% to get my money back? just put a 50 cent stamp on an envelope and send them in by regular mail. express post with a tracking number doesn't make the mail any less likely to be lost...it just means you'll know it got lost sooner than if you had just sent it by regular mail. the canadian postal system isn't bad...just send it via regular mail and follow up with customer service a few days later. (regular mail takes two business days if you're in Ontario). if you don't send in your tickets as noted, you won't get your money back.

Yah I simply wrote VOID on them and mailed them back to the address customer service gave me!
