LOL yeah, you can come over and hang out... ya'll can! my "celebrity crush"? --- hmmm.. well, throughout the years it's been in this order-- Suzanne Somers, Meg Ryan, Reese Witherspoon, .... and now... i'm not really sure. Probably Kate Hudson or Brittany Murphy. Which brings me to the next question of Favorite actors/actress. John Cuzak and Edward Norton.... hands down. and the above mentioned girls i would say i really like their movies. I am sure i could go on and on about certain performances and stuff... but thats the gist of it. Favorite model?: Besides YOU my dear??!! hahah you already know the answer..... TYRA.... mmmmmmm ~Meow!~ Favorite Melon in Cali? hheeheh you really ARE lookin for some shout outs huh? hahahah. We'll have to say..... BRAD Smith. hahahahaha ERRR... ok.. maybe you! LOL!

Woo! Congrats Matt! Hmm... a question... If you were a kitchen appliance, which one would you be and why? LOL. hmm. weighing the options.... A refridgerator would be good, because being a FOOD junkie... i could hold LOTS of food and have it around me ALL the time. BUT.... an oven would be good too... because i make such beautiful aromas that make the whole house smell good. But....... I dont wanna be too cold, or too hot.... soo.... i'm going to go off the wall here... and say I'd be a Coffee/cappucino/espresso maker..... WHY?? because i loooooooove coffe. hehehe. simple as that. (in an un-simple sorta answer.) lol ~thanks.

Congratulations Matty!!!!!! I know this is super late, but I haven't had the chance to spend much time in the lounge section lately...
What are some of your favorite movies? (No band DVD's)
Ever had any serious injuries?
Do you have any siblings?
Favorite band member?
That's it for now!

Congrats Matt!
Here's a question for ya... Not sure why I even thought of this, but I think it would be interesting to read your reply.
If you could write an episode for ANY show (past or present) ... What show would it be, and (if ya dont mind) could you give us a quick rundown of the script?

(No band DVD's) Ever had any serious injuries? Do you have any siblings? Favorite band member? That's it for now! I loooooove u gabbeeeee! :-) Movies: Friday, Con-Air, Edward Norton movies, John Cuzack Movies, Step Up, Step Up 2, Save the last dance (i loooove julia stiles) Serious Injuries: not really. I have a scar at the corner of my eye from falling out of the car when i was around 4 ?? and I had my nose broken around 22 when i was jumped. Other than that.... I'm all Original with matching serial numbers. Siblings: They broke the mold after me and parents seperated. both remaried. and i have a brother and sister on one side, and two brothers on the other. Favorite band member: (i'm assuming you mean in blind melon) well... it was easy before for me to answer this... but after meeting the guys so much over the last year and a half.... its not easy to do at all. every one of them were soooo freakin nice, genuine, and fun. Each one of them has my respect as a musician, and performer. so... sorry... i cant pick. lol. Thanks Gabbee :-)

If you could write an episode for ANY show (past or present) ... What show would it be, and (if ya dont mind) could you give us a quick rundown of the script? haha! i'm a screenwriter now??! wow! i've never really thought of it. I'd have loved to been a writer for Seinfeld, or Cheers. just to work with the cast. but as i think of it... there has always been a kind of story in my head that has gotten different characters added here and there over the years with new life experiences, and new people that i've met. I dont remember WHEN i had the idea... but the first i remember of it was when i was around 14. its about a semi-large cemetary. and the spirits come out at night (not all gross and stuff, but just like regular people)... and its like a social event every night. and there are a couple of key characters that i have slowly evolved a story for. they all stay in the cemetary, so they arent venturing all over the town, but this isnt something they are really aware of or concerned with. (like an alter dimension). and we couldnt see them and they couldnt see us. anyway... thats the very basics of it. like i said... i have a few characters and storylines for them. thanks for askin! BRING ON THE QUESTIONS! hahah

Rachel the whole vigil experience was one of the tops for me. besides meeting everyone in the days leading up to it..... the B.M. vigil show and seeing all of the familiar melons gathered in one place for a blind melon show.... people from near and VERY far at the same show..... thats just ONE. some of the others are listed in an earlier answer.... chicago trip was another big one. :-) thanks

Matt, how did you find out about the reunion and how did you feel at first?
And then how did you find out about the vigil?
And don't cheat! I still want one favorite band member... How about this.. If you won a radio station contest that allowed you to pick ONE member that you could spend an evening with, who would you pick and why? (Shannon doesn't count!)

Matt, how did you find out about the reunion and how did you feel at first? And then how did you find out about the vigil? And don't cheat! I still want one favorite band member... How about this.. If you won a radio station contest that allowed you to pick ONE member that you could spend an evening with, who would you pick and why? (Shannon doesn't count!) I saw it online about the reunion and was freakin STOKED! to see that all four of the guys were together just sent me smiling "a mile wide". I couldnt wait to see them play. I liked the group as a whole back in the day.... and then i found out they were coming to Columbus, oh back in OCT '07 which was pretty early on the first round of the tour... In line outside i saw all kinds of people... young and old and was very happy. I had never been one to push blind melon on people cuz all they ever cared about was No Rain anyway.... so to see soooo many people was great. I met Sebbe in line, and my Emmy girl who was only 18 at the time and i was freakin' cuz she was TOTALLY into all the stuff from melon. I had said hi to Nel outside... and saw Tricia (MeLonHeaD)....and people were talkin about having met each other at Vigil's past. Well... I knew OF the vigils WAY WAY back... but had kinda forgot about them being held every year.... so i was kinda lost along the way. But i vowed not to miss another. AND...... since you are gonna make me pick one to hang with. I guess my radio station prize would have me hang with Brad. Reasons: as i stated earlier in this thread.... he had called us at the record store and thanked us for the display MANY years ago, so i always thought that was soo cool of him. (granted, the other guys could have been on other phones calling other stores... but brad called ours). Also... i freakin love his bass playing... and i'm not a bass player. Another.... i've read somewhere that he's quite the pool player.... so RACK 'EM BOY!!! heheh.... Plus, then i'd get to call my BBMFF HEIDIANN and say "ha ha ha i'm hangin with your boyfriend BRAD" hahahahhaha so there GABBEEEE - in the words of GLEN on LETTERS from Porcupine... "is that good enough, would you like to probe that more deeply?" hahah.
