The band wasnt informed about the release... but are meeting about it tomorrow. Capitol may have sold the license to the company releasing the vinyl.. More info coming soon.

It is not a bootleg. The vinyl release is exclusive to the Netherlands.

I had no idea about this, glad I happened to jump on the forum tonight.
Does anyone know if the one available from soundstagedirect.com is also on colored vinyl?
It doesn't really matter, I'll be ordering one anyway. As much as I love the 2LP remaster, I've always wanted a single LP of just the album.

Just a heads up, if you want one of these, pre-order it now. It's already showing up on Ebay for inflated prices. It would be nice to see the majority of these go to Melonheads instead of the jerks looking to screw them for a buck.
