I was at the show in 1994 in Pittsburgh when Blind Melon opened up for the Stones. I'm sad to say my state of mind that night leaves me with very little memory from that show. Does anybody have a copy of their performance that night? I really would love to have it. Thanks, Adam Proud MelonHead

Adam, I too was there and there is no recording of that show in circulation. I believe I do have a copy of the Stones performance, but my guess is the taper did not tape the Melon show or if he/she did must have never put it out there. With 90% of the people there to see the Stones most of the crowd around me stayed seated & talked during their set and barely payed attention and I was totally up on my feet raging!!!!

I came to love Blind Melon late, to know I was at that show and can only remember the Stones set is so sad for me. I know my state of mind was highly altered but I can't honestly recall anything about the opening band. I have a neighbor who saw Blind Melon at an early show in Philly that only 100 people attended! I have always been so jealous of him! Having getting to see the boys at the Hiro in NY was so amazing. I was filled with some many emotions, outright joy like a little kid so happy in my element mixed with slight sadness at times with Shannon not being there. I really hope I get the chance to see them again. Spain is a bit to far!
