From Wikipedia: "Hello Goodbye"/"Galaxie" – 3:31 Contains a hidden track in the pregap. It is composed of music by Mike Kelsey, and backward lyrics (From "New Life") by Hoon.Really??? Can anybody shed some light here? I'm ok with everything else but backward lyrics? Thanks!

Did you have a question about it? Or, have you just never heard it?

I've heard it yes but it doesn't seem to me like the words are those from New Life backwards. Maybe I am not understanding this correctly. The words of Hello/Goodbye are those on the inside of the cover of the booklet of Soup, right? "I'm entering a frame bombarded by indecision...." so how are these the same words of New Life backwards?

Hello/Goodbye is a totally different song than the hidden track on the Soup record. Have you heard the hidden track? If you have the cd... when you put it in your cd player.. allow "Hello/Goodbye" to start, and then hold the rewind button down. On some CDs, it's after Lemonade.

I have heard a reverse Version of the Hidden track...(where Kelsey's Guitar is actually backwards, and the Lyrics are Forward. It is No Doubt "New Life" Backwards. Matt, You Never fail to come through on this type of stuff. Another great Job here.

I believe that Piece of Guitar Music in the Hidden track was the only Thing Kelsey ever Played on a Blind Melon Album...? Although he Did Do some Live Shows with them (but Not with a Guitar that I am Aware Of. Kelsey was The Second "Drummer" (Think "Dennis Miller) on MuchMusic I and I. Also More Widely Known, as Matt Said, As One of the Members of Styff Kytten.

Wikipedia's wording is a bit vague here. It's not that the lyrics are sung backwards, the vocal track is simply played back backwards (with lots of echo).
If I'm not mistaken (can someone confirm this?), the hidden track is missing on the LP, but is present (without being hidden) on the compact cassette.
