awesome....so there's only a few more days and unless there's a real cheap way I can get to Indiana it looks like I might just have to wait until next year...but anything is possible!!!

So I wonder, is there anyone from NY that wants to give me a ride- I can take an amtrak there and back for pretty cheap money...but I can't get there until Friday- is this a possibility?! I also might have a flight lined up but it's still in the works. Anywho figured I'd still try.

So with my heavy heart I am not going to go to the vigil. Everything kept falling apart and I would've had to travel alone which I was ok with but my husband really wasn't...well it's not that he was against it, it's just he was nervous and worried about me travelling so far to hang out with a bunch of people that neither of us know and he wasn't too keen about any of it. I even had a friend of a melon friend ready to set up a cheap cheap flight for me since her husband works for United. But there are no flights available when I am available. And I'd be on stand-by and it's a chance that I wouldn't even be able to fly out when I wanted to anyway. And I didn't really have anything planned out for getting the kids to school so I was just having unrealistic hopes that this would all fall into place. My heart said yes but really my head said no when I sat down and really thought about it all. I really still couldn't afford it, well i could but then i'd be completely broke for an entire week. Next year is definate- Shane and I are already planning to road trip for it and we'll both take a couple days before/after to take our time and enjoy our stay.

I am trying to get to the vigil this year from Texas.. anyone else from Tejas driving? I wont ride a plane.
