Yea, the Sting Me liberated bootleg has most of those pictures, but they are in the wrong locations. Look at the 3rd picture.. That should be the front cover (just folded in half).. And then, look at the 6th picture... They are cropped together.

How are folks reporting this? As a copyright kind of thing? It would work under stolen as well. I wonder what would get it yanked right away.
This is total BS!!!! This is like selling your own Vigil Shirts at the vigil for profit. What a ass hat!!!
UPDATE: I sent the bottom dweller an email and reported the item as an unauthorized bootleg to Ebay. We shall see what happens.

Why do people get so pissed about stuff like this?
I'd be willing to bet that 90% of the people up in arms over this have "unauthorized bootlegs" that they paid money for in their collection, I know I do. This guy isn't gonna get rich off of this, he'll probably make a few bucks and spend it on getting more music, hobby money. If someone is willing to pay him for this instead of looking for it for free on the net that is their choice. Some people are willing to pay for the convenience of just buying it from e-bay. What about those who don't have high speed access to the net? You expect them to wait days to download one song? Since people are so angry about this that they are reporting it and sending e-mails I guess I can assume you are doing the same for the dozens of other counterfeit Blind Melon items that are currently listed on e-bay. The ironic thing is I have seen some of you same people wearing counterfeit shirts to the vigils and concerts.
If you really want to stop this, take the time to create a e-bay posting offering this same item for the cost of blank and postage or direct them here for a free download in the listing.
I personally am thankful for people like him, my music collection is much richer due to them.

Allthatineed, I think the point everyone is trying to get at here, Is, If anyone had the right to SELL those songs it would have Been Nel, But she chose to give them away, Think of it like this, Nel chose to give these away for free, Not just to the forum memebers but everyone, And now some jackass has gone and started selling them, Nel gave him a gift and he sold it practically, Plus THEY ARE FREE!! why spend fifteen bucks on eight free songs?

I get it, and I agree that Nel/Lisa/Nico would have every right to sell them. It was a fantastic gift that Nel gave us, those songs are in my daily rotation so I appreciate them more than anything (I donated to the vigil fund in return). I am sure those people buying them would gladly take them for free, the fact that they are willing to pay tells me they have no knowledge or access to getting them. To sum up my feelings on it, I think the fact that the music is going to get to some Shannon fan outweighs the few measly bucks this guy is gonna make. It would be a whole different story if they were being mass-marketed by someone (like all the bootleg t-shirts on e-bay).

It would be a whole different story if they were being mass-marketed by someone (like all the bootleg t-shirts on e-bay). Another way to look at, why let someone rip off another Melon fan who is unaware that it exists and could be had for free? The sellers reasoning is unknown, that I know of, but to me, he is selling that, knowing it is out there for free. Why not just promote the links somewhere else to "spread the word"? Nah, he would rather make a cheap buck off of downloading the free songs and burning them on 3 cent blank and hoping some Melon fan doesn't know about em. Weak and I hope it gets yanked.

I love how the seller claims to be a huge Melon fan... Yet he states something like: Better quality, extended versions of "All The I Need & Letter's From a Porcupine released on SOUP".

actually the t shirts are a bigger deal, as Blind Melon currently owns LOTS of tour t-shirts they'd like to sell and can't (for whatever reasons). Personally i think shirts from a tour that never was would actually sell well for "collectors" but that's the band's decision. anyhow, that's where they recoup money they had to pay out of pocket while touring, so people buying bootleg shirts and gear does hurt them.
I'd suggested turning them into quilts and selling them. I think Rogers thought I was being a smart ass...

What a jack ass!? You know there always has to be a weed in the garden. :(It is just sad that someone would take advantage of the kindness and love that Nel has shown to all of us. Obviously this "Traitor" doesn't understand the word GIFT. I'm not going to lie, I did share this with a few people but the word is S-H-A-R-E. It really puts knots in my stomach to know that this person is someone that we may know, have talked to, met or even maybe stood next to and shared in song over Shannon's grave. So to whoever you are I hope you feel dirty knowing you are stepping on the heart of one of the sweetest ladies in the world and ripping off a person's music who has passed. I am usually a lover not a fighter but this bothers me greatly so yep, get bent
