^^  Does anyone remember "Fun Dip" ... It was that long candy package, that came with a few different pouches, and had an edible sugar stick? Damn, those were good... So, so bad for you.  I loved FunDip back in the day. At one point in college, I purchased a packet for the hell of it, and my friend was making fun of me for eating such a kids' candy loaded up with so much sugar. He said this while he was taking a drink of Coke from a can. I asked for the coke can, and then I compared the labels between FunDip and Coke. If I remember correctly, there was MORE SUGAR IN COKE than there was in FunDip. That doesn't mean that FunDip is good for you of course, but it did make me finally realize how BAD Coca-Cola is for a body. Massive amounts of sugar. \ And no - I don't partake in FunDip anymore. . . however, my interest has not waned at all. It is highly addictive, and I am always afraid that I will go on a bender with a good ole Lik-M-Aid stick. |

yes, the fun dip was great!! i think i liked the green the best.....i think there were like three different flavors and you got 2 sticks. i always ended up eating the sticks before i ate all the sugar. probably some of the best sugar highs ive ever had #smiliecrazy# . something else, do yall remember the candy cigarettes with the red ends on them. wow, what a terrible idea. kinda was sending the wrong message to kids huh?

Yep,I loved fundip too & I always ate those sticks long before the sugar was done.I would try but could never do it.I remember those little sugar cigarettes with red dye on one end & then there was the bigger ones with the paper around them and some kind of powdered sugar for smoke.Those were gum I believe.I do mike & ikes alot still.

LOL, my brother bought a whole box of them this weekend. They are selling them for Valentines Day candy! Razzapple Magic turned my mouth a lovely shade of green for about 2 hours.  |

I'm oddly hung over for a Saturday afternoon, had a long night with Tracy and my boss for apparently no reason. It's mostly gone now, hopefully it's gone for good though, I have a bunch of cute little kittens coming to prance around in my meadow... and by cute little kittens coming to prance around in my meadow, I mean relatively cute little monsters running around, destroying the house! lol
It's not that bad though, just a few kids, like 5 from 1 - 7, how bad could it be? #slam#

Figured id post here all though everyone is having a thrilling convo about fundipp which i loved as a kid... btu its the random thread and this is random...
but on another note i am officially having the worse start to the new year... my girlfriend lost her job we live together money is so tight,, times are so hard i know i shouldn't be talking like this here, i dont want to bring anyones spirits down but i just want to share how i am feeling with my melon fam.. i dont want to vent it out on her because shes having a very hard time dealing with every thing as well and it would be wrong. If she happens to see me fall apart then she will fall apart as well so i have to try and stay strong... all i keep saying to myslef is things will get better i dont think it could get any worse...

So, today is Amber's second birthday. I got a call from my little sister, we caught up a bit before she had to leave for school. It was cool hearing from her, I haven't really talked to her since I left there. I liked that she remembered Amber's birthday as well.
I might try calling my mom later on, but I'm kind of thinking against it, I don't want to fight with anyone on Amber's day, which would likely happen.
And sorry to hear about everything, cynful. I hope things start to look up, I know hot it feels when everything that could go wrong, does, and all at once, too. I fyou ever want to talk, I'm not on much these days, but you can pm me any time and I'll try to get to you.

I was taking my friends to the grocery yesterday and before we left I was talking about wanting an Ipod or mp3 player for work( so I didnt have to listen to the cheesy stations they play in the morning as Im doing my prep. ) Im going down the road and Cory says "Hey Rachel this isnt a bad mp3 player" and I was like yeah thats cool and he said I have some cords and stuff that'll work for it. So he starts talking about how I could put songs and pics and movies on it and all the while I thought it was his mp3 player....He said I can give them to you( meaning the cords ) and I was like really . Thank you so much!!!! So excited bc I thought he just gave me a mp3 player to save my ears from tormenting stuff they call music these days....
Then he said where did you get this mp3 player at and why does it have all this rap music on it...HUh.....That isnt yours? No it was here on your floorboard. I don't know where it coulda come from since theres never been people in my car that listen to that stuff. There were pics of naked girls in there.....Sooooo I took it as that must have belonged to the last person that owned the car and musta been lodged under the seat or something...I dont know, but anyhoon I brought it home and firstly erased everything from it and it took me a lil while to figure out how to load songs on it. I had problem due to my windows media needed updated......I spent hours loading real music on it ...first was all the studio Melon, UT, AJ, the tribute album and Jamie Shields/ Schilkraut.......also I put my all time fave bootleg Wetlands Preserve on it......
