Open Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files\FLAC (or wherever FLAC was installed), then right-click on FLAC Frontend.exe and check "Run this program as an administrator". See if this resolves the problems you are having....I am sorry that this is being frustrating for you IT FUCKING WORKED!!! Thanks a lot man!

What file did you download? The Flac file, or the MP3 file. If it was the MP3 file, use this to convert to wav: www.etree.org/mkw.htmlmatt, why would you convert an mp3 to wav? So people can burn it to CD and listen to it in a normal CD player. I honestly didn't like the fact that it was even converted to mp3s... But, I thought that's what he was asking... I thought he downloaded the MP3s..

Thanks Matt and Greg, converted the Flac's so what do we know about these cuts? recorded during soup sessions, is that why you are calling it Kingsway 94? doesn't sound like it to me, still early versions of lyrics on the songs we know, for "head" full of cavities and whatnot, similar to soup demos so understand the thought. these are tremendous recordings probably what do you think recorded on a simple 4 track? at nell's house? I am wondering why this version of letters was not on nico, unless the telephone recording was for the drama. this version made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. thank you Nell.

Recorded at Kingsway in 94. It wasn't recorded on a 4 track or at his home. These were ideas for the Soup album. Some of the songs, like Walk and St. Andrews, were already "songs in the making" ... as the band performed them before heading to Kingsway.
This is how I use to put it... When you're recording an album, in a studio, you need a jump off point.. A "skeleton" of the song. The others can listen to it and add their parts later...
Eventually, the songs change... But, if it wasn't for a member bringing the initial "skeleton", the songs wouldn't really exsist.

now two of the only things i seem to be missing are decent versions of "ever had the feeling" (mine drops out for a second near the top). right after he and chris talk about stopping traffic and just as he starts singing ugh. and "working class hero" (great version but live and not good) help please. I always assumed any Hoon solo album would have ever had the feeling. still looking.
