S’toon show was crazy, very very rowdy fans! I am 5 foot, 100 pounds and got rocked in the front, at one point Travis stopped and asked everyone to back off and stop hurting the ladies at the front, no dice though, crowd surfers and crushers abounded. At one point a crowd surfer grabbed the lights on the roof and almost brought all the lights crashing down! Too small a venue and too many jerks, Blind Melon was supposed to do a meet and greet and told the fans waiting that they were coming out to do any signing because the show was rowdy and the crowd was full of jerks! Oh well, I met Brad and totally enjoyed the show! SO SO SO happy to see them! They played about 16 songs, including Vernie and Change (my favs!). Travis wasn’t wearing any shoes and sounded so good. I am bruised and battered but looking forward to the Regina show this Thursday! Oh and there opening band, The Left, from Vancouver was great!!! They said they would be touring with BM until the end of the Canadian dates!

I'm glad you enjoyed the show! Travis is impressive, isn't he! That unfortunate that the crowds are being so rough! I hope they guys don't think us Canadians are so wild!! My excuse is that it is all the bottled up energy the Canadian fans had finally being let out!! Have a great time in Regina and let us know how it goes!!

the Saskatoon show was incredible. it was easily the best show I've ever seen. such a small club though. Christopher and brad were super cool and chatted with us after the show. awesome, hope they come back.

I was talking with Travis' lady at the Regina show and she said 2 bouncers/guards (guys workign the pit) were sent to the hospital that night! So glad I was able to last half the set in the craziness, too bad about the black and blue thighs of mine!
