I have no idea about other dates but there is an OCT.13 date listed on the Promowest website for a club called The Basement in Columbus, Ohio!!!! The Basement is a small venue that holds maybe 300 people. How amazing! I'm going to see Van Halen in Cleveland on Oct.10, The Smashing Pumpkins in Columbus on Oct.11 and Blind Melon on Oct.13. I'm happy to see that they are playing in smaller venues, with themselves being the main act!! It's so much more personal!!

i just found out about this date a few minutes ago. I'm not a big fan of the basement, but for melon's triumphant return it will be perfect... well, almost perfect.. and october 13th! thats a great date.. my good friend and fellow melonhead's birthday... this day has just gotten so much better

OMFG! Just keep on being the main act please! and come to Slovenia...ok...Europe. I will so be wherever I need to be when it starts for real! (...hopefully this won't be too soon.) There go doubts again about going to the vigil this year...

DAMN!!! If that ends up being the first show they play, I NEED TO BE THERE!!! I dont know if I'll have enough money b/c of the vigil, but heck I'll start applying for more credit cards now  |

If that is the first date I will drive there, its about 8 hours away but I will be there! If its not the first date I hope the first one is in driving distance!

They are selling tickets to the general public on ticketmaster starting Sept. 9. How about a Blindmelonforum pre-sale?
