anyone else seen it? I saw it last night, I love pirate movies so the overall experience was good ie. comedy & action; but the actual story and whatnot was horrible

What? I loved it, it was much better than the second one! I loved the part with all the Johnny Depps, I thought it was heaven, lol.

it was better than the second one but not the first, I guess I'm more a fan of the comedy/action than the whole love story going on. Remember I am a dude #pimp#

I like the comedy and action too, I could care less about Orlando Bloom's aching heart....he is such a wimpy loser.

I saw this movie the other day...I thought it was good...some parts were slow but some of the slow parts needed to be there... i also couldn't care less about Orlando Bloom being a virgin i mean jeez just do her already no one else likes her ... I like how Mr. Daddy Sparrow just pulled a guitar out of nowhere and started playing it haha

Even though he's one of the hottest things alive, I like him more for his acting than anything. I thought this one was awesome and better than the first one but my favorite was the second. I thought Jack Sparrow had a shorter part on this last one, or so it seemed... Half the time he wasnt even there! I could watch Pirate movies for three days straight man, especially with Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom (btw, he is NOT a wimpy loser Mere )

My buddy seen it last week. he wasn't sure if he like it or not. He was like you Bogo, thought the story was blah, er hard to follow. he also said kids in the front wouldn't shut up, so he thought he missed key parts.
so i've been holdin out based on what he told me. Should i wait for a rental? or jump on this sucka?

The story was really complicated and spread in to numerous unnecessary plots... Yes it went an hour too long, but the story is the thing that killed it... the first 45 minutes i was on the verge of walking out because it was so useless in the context of the story... Also i thought i was watching the last Lord Of The Rings again, because i swear this movie finished at least five times (faded to black with music) before it actually finished...
I take my film watching and critiques very seriously and this film was definately a series' stuffer-upper... like Superman 3 & 4 or Batman Forever onwards...
