You're braver than me. I don't think you could get me near that place. It creeped me out just watching it on TV.

Elijah Burke running away screaming like a girl was the funniest thing I've ever seen.

Greg and I finally started watching the 6 hour investigation last night. We only watched probably 15 minutes of it, and within the first 15 minutes Elijah Burke was convinced he saw a ghost. His reaction was pretty funny. I haven't watched the link you posted b/c I don't want to ruin the surprise when I get to that part.

wow - i just saw this thread...i came across this show a few weeks ago and have been mildlly obsessed with it since. cool to see that some of you guys watch it. i was a little disappointed with the live episode on halloween night. I feel asleep around 2am watching it, but i agree about the background noise, etc. also i userstand about cross-promotion, but the wrestler really shouldn't be there. anyway, the reveal on Wednesday should be interesting! I wonder if they will kick those two girls off the team bc they were so mean to that radio host guy.

I didn't see the part with the radio host, but I heard everyone saying how mean they were. What happened exactly??

I'm not sure what the connection is with wrestlers. Last year there was a wrestler on the live investigation too. I get "cross promotion" but it doesn't make a lot of sense to pair ghost hunting with wrestling. Greg and are about halfway into the live investigation from watching it on our dvr. They have only shown those two ladies one time so far and they annoy the shit out of me. I haven't seen them interact with the host yet. I also haven't seen Elijah run like a girl.
The reveal episode is on tonight. I don't know if I should finish watching the live investigation first or if I should cheat and watch the reveal episode before I finish the other one. It looks like a lot of activity was happening, but the cameras were never broadcasting the right person when something would happen.
The sound effects were turned up WAY too loud. I understand why they use them, but the volume was ridiculous. YOu could hardly hear what TAPS was saying a lot of the time.

Since ECW is on Sci-Fi, they just do the cross promotion thing. Though ECW being on SCI-FI of all channels doesn't make sense but as long as I see ECW I don't care. Also CM Punk was the wrestler from last year.

I see...the only show I watch on the Sci-Fi channel is Ghost Hunters. I didn't realize they aired wrestling on the channel. That makes sense why they would be cross promoting it.

sort of, but personally i still think he was totally out of place. they should be focused on catching some ghosts! Can't wait for the reveal tonight!

I think they cheapen the experience when they throw a "non professional" in with. Although watching a wrester be scared is funny.

Considering how they insisted on turning up the "Spooky" music to 11 (10 points for anyone who gets that), I think Elijah was a good thing. At least he was into it and provided comedy - even if he didn't mean too
