The Killing Gene - WAZ ... It was ok. Crime Thriller, horror. Saw it this morning. It was released in 2007. The setting really reminded me of the 90's cop/action flicks... Watching Black Christmas right now... I've only seen 30 minutes of it, and I already like it! |

Part 3 already came out? I read that it's in production and wont be out until 2011. Or, are you talking about part 2? That was released in 2003.

Automaton Transfusion - I read what the movie was about. I didnt think it would be a zombie flick. Not a huge fan of Zombie movies, but this one is alright.

I watched "The Mist" today... I definitely thought it was going to suck (since it is a movie based on a Stephen King novel... I can't stand King) ... but, it didnt! I was actually impressed by the creature flick.

"The Mist" was pretty good. I am not a huge King fan either but I have to admit there is some good stuff based on his novels.
-the original "The Shining", classic Jack
-"Stand by Me", "Shawshank Redemption" (one of the best movies ever) and "The Apt Pupil" (book much better than movie, a must read for a twisted mind) all from his book of short stories "Different Seasons"
-"Maximum Overdrive" is a fun movie
-"Christine"
There are some classics there.

I loved the Mist for some reason...It had like a low production classic feel to it. Especially since I watched it in black and white...I watched Watchmen today and wanted to like it but just wasn't impressed. Movies have been slow for me lately so Supernatural is what I have been watching. Looks like August will pick up!
