Animal Farm was the folk group Chris Thorn was in when Brad Smith audiitioned back in the late eighties. As I've heard Brad either didn't make the cut or they mutually decided not to go in. Did Brad not make it based on lack of "talent"? If so, man were they wrong! lol. but seriously does anyone know why Brad Smith didn't go into Animal Farm?

It's like the Metallica thing. Brad is very talented. He probably didn't fit in with the band. Much like when Les Claypool tried out for Metallica. They actually said "he's too good for this band".
