Some of Your Favorite Quotes

I know this wasn't a Shannon-originated quote (I just looked it up and it looks like the most popular reference comes from the movie Scarface) but one of you (I assume) posted on the Facebook page a quote from Shannon from a live performance. "Just remember, every day above ground is a good day." And, as we all know, a re-interpretation of that line shows up in "Last Laugh" ("Every day above ground was a good one").

In the short few weeks of 2011 so far, 3 of my close friends have lost people in their lives. I always think back to that quote "every day above ground is a good day" when I think my life sucks or that my job sucks or whatever. No matter how bad things are, we're all still breathing, all still alive so we should make the most of each day.

I'm actually not a "tattoo" guy - got one when I was 18 (21 years ago) but never got another. But, I'm going to get this quote ("Every day above ground is a good one" - once again, same concept, just the change of "day" to "one") tattooed on my arm in the next month or so.
