I recently was able to pick up a copy of the Tones Of Home 12" single. The tracks are listed as Tones of Home, No Rain (live), Drive (live), and Soak The Sin (live). Now upon listen I realize the last two tracks are not Drive, and Soak The Sin. But are a live version of Time, and Wooh Dog. Why is this? Do you think they did this intentionally?

Hi, Here is the information about the Tones Of Home 12" Single. I copied & pasted this directly from: www.blindmelon.org. Tones of Home 12" Picture Disc Released: 1993 Track 1 2 3 4 Title Tones of Home No Rain (Live) Soak The Sin (Live) Drive (Live) The sleeve is misprinted. The three live songs are actually: Time (Live), Deserted (Live) and Wooh G.O.D. (Playground version) So I would say it is a misprint on the sleeve, but what year does it say, and where does it say it was recorded? Also is yours a picture disc? Because in April 1992, there's a version of the "Tones of Home" live at the Ritz, New York. Well here's the copied & pasted info again from the same sight:Tones of Home CD Released: 1993 Track 1 2 3 4 Title Tones Of Home Time (Live)* Wooh G.O.D. (Playground version) Tones Of Home (Edit) *recorded live at The Ritz, New York, April 24, 1992 I hope this answered your question . All the melons here are really sweet, so I'm sure someone can bring even more clarity to this matter ;D. Have A Great Day! Lisa

It's a misprint.
I have a 12" black vinyl copy and it has the same tracks as the first post. (time and Wooh DOG).

My copy is the black vinyl copy as well. Although at first I was kind of bummed. I was looking forward to hearing a live version of Drive. But Wooh Dog is a great track, and this version of Time is just epic. So all is well. Its one of the best records I have added to my collection in a long time.
