I have to go off topic for 1 moment on that note and ask, does anyone else think Cheetum Street would make a hell of a country music hit? I understand Mere about you feeling like it's TW's song but I still love it so much! I also agree it changes daily for favorites! You nailed it! The country vibe is the reason that song is my least favorite BM song. In fact, I skip it all together. My favorite is Walk. Best line ever: "I can't believe I have to bang my head against this wall again. But, at least the blows have a little more space in between them!"

Mine is Deserted. I don't know what it is. First song of theirs I just really loved. And when I heard the "under pressure" version...I was floored! I love to listen to every single riff over riff and note after note of the jam session in that. Love how the time signatures change and slow in the end. It is very methodical. The middle of Time and end of Time do the same thing to me. I can listen to those parts of each song and it is an intense, building up, gritted teeth, shaking my head back-and-forth and then final mixed with a soothing, wholesome release. Mel-erapy I guess. Gosh, guess I need to bite the bullet and fly to NM in Feb. just saw that this posted....just gonna say...right on ! deserted was my first favorite melon song. i remember sittin outside the record store in 92 and listening to the TAPE! it was cold and rainy and my boyfriend and i sat in the car and listened to the whole tape .......deserted had such a cool groove to it.....its still always in my top 5!

wow this is really tough. Like everyone else my favorites constantly change. I would have to go with Mouthful of Cavities as my current favorite and John Sinclair as my least favorite.

I think it's hard to pick JUST one because each song is a treasure in and of itself to each of us for different and similar reasons. Like Matt's photo says "Music is what feelings sound like!"

Favorite would have to be Deserted, but I also LOVE Mother. Can't really pick out a least favorite right now, to be honest..

Hard to pick just one favorite, but if I could take one track off each album I'd probably say (Blind Melon) Seed To A Tree, (Soup) Walk, (Nico) Soul One, (For My Friends) Wishing Well. In terms of least favorite track probably the backwards track after Lemonade

Favorites: 1. Galaxie 2. 2x4 3. Change 4. Pull 5. Paper Scratcher 6. Tones of Home (ridiculous vocal performance) 7. Candy Says (Acoustic/Cover)
For the most part, I like the stuff that has that special quality of mixing Jazz, Blues, Rock, and even Soul. Some songs just do it better than others.
As I try to pick a least favorite, I realized I can't. It's just as hard as picking the favorites which frequently tumble up, down and off of the list above.
