My parents and brother live in the Nashville area. My parents have a creek behind their house and it rose up into the yard but fortunately didn't damage the house. Good thing they don't have a basement or it would have been flooded. My brother's basement had water in it. He is a manager at the Bass Pro Shop that is in the Opry Mills Mall which was devastated by the flood. Here are some of the pics of the damage to his store s1039.photobucket.com/albums/a477/Basspro09/?albumview=slideshow. The water still hasn't receded and it's going to be a loooooong cleanup process.

Thoughts, prayers, and good vibes going out to the people affected by all of this flooding.
I hope the waters recede sooner than later.
And they probably aren't getting as much coverage/attention as they would get if there weren't a giant oil slick in the Gulf. . .
