I guess I am confused. The feedback the seller has received was from March of 2009. What are you guys clicking on to see the buyers for the current items?

Ebay's member to member contact policy states that they allow members to contact each other, but when I try, they say they will not allow me to contact that member as I have no open transaction with them. Total BS.

Geez ya miss a thread for a week and all hell breaks loose! I saw this the day it was posted and reported this piece of shit but didn't post. I did tell Matt tho. To then come back to find 10 pages blew my mind. First let me say that I remember the very first thing a fellow Melon GAVE me just because she could and I was stunned that people were that nice. She dubbed I&I for me on video...it was that long ago. Then before I went to my first vigil I had made a friend I would later meet there who sent me 3 boots that he let me choose from his vast collection for B&P. I could have had more but I didn't want to seem grubby so I asked for just the 3. I have mostly given away copies as I was shown love by my fellow Melons. Never have I sold anything that was given to me and what pisses me off about this whole thing after I finished #barfaway# at the money this (oh please forgive my language but I'm so angry!) cum dumpster made from these 3 boots is that the $250 should have gone to feed the BAND MEMBERS' KIDS!!! While we ponder the reason for someone doing what is necessary to feed their child I have had hard times too but I would NEVER betray Shannon's memory, Rogers, Brad, CT, Glen, Nel, Lisa, Nico or my own integrity by making money from what THEY did, what BELONGS to them. He better not come to the vigil because like someone else mentioned, Shannon and Tim are gone and there are many of us that are VERY protective of Nel and I will fuck that dude up! #smilieboxer# I'm a very peaceful person but no one fucks with the band or Nel on my watch. Hey Rachel...my usual partner in crime may not make it. You up for showing this asshole the back 40 if he comes? #smiliecrazy# I will now return to my usual witty, peaceful, loving, adorable self. Thank you for your time... #hoonsmiley#

Matt, I think it is a great idea if you post an auction for a "rare" cd-r and then list it as free with links to all the free stuff here and put in BIG letters in the item description that all the other auctions of cd-rs are rip offs. If you list it as free, it is still ethical. Ebay pisses me off, I know of at least 12 different reports of violation with all the cds he has put up, all from the same guy and he still is able to sell.
