Thanks for sharing Brad. I must say I miss TTW and Blind Melon very much! I wish they would have had more time together because like the first run, I believe the best was yet to come! I am definitely looking forward to the new Alice In Chains Album though!

So I guess I couldn't figure out whether the article was bashing TTW as Hoon's replacement or not. Personally, I thought Travis did an exceptional job and even exceeded expectations. And how would Spin magazine know TTW had drug problems?

Based on the "rolls in grave" rating Blind Melon didn't fair to well, only INXS received a lower rating. Seeing that article just makes me miss TTW and BM that much more. I may be the only person on this forum that actually preferred TTW's singing over Shannon (no disrespect intended, just my personal tatste), both are genius but I felt TTW had more variety in his vocals, not to mention TTW is a great guitar player. I think FMF would have been better if TTW had more creative control, IMO the best songs on the CD were his songs (except Last Laugh). Instead of BM hiring TTW maybe he should hire BM, point is, they sounded great together.
