So how many songs were actually recorded for Soup? I've heard several different numbers, but I wanted to be sure. And are any of these availble on the trade circle?

the Track listing I have for "Soup Demos" are as follows... Soup Galaxie The Duke New Life Vernie Dumptruck 2x4 Wilt Swallowed Toes Across the Floor Untitled (a Jam) Untitled in C (another jam) Brittle Little Baby Lemonade Frosting the Cake The Duke - 2nd version 60's Medley (another Jam) St. Andrews Fall Pull Toes Across the Floor (another Take) Satanic Mamas & Papas (Car Seat w/out God's Presents ) Mouthful of Cavaties * currently uploading these ^^^^ * I noticed some tracks missing in the Old Recordings section of all that i need. Also, i'm not sure if Soup Rough cuts means the same things as Soup Demos, but the Soup Rough Cuts link was broken. Soup (Demos) Tracks 1-22 www.megaupload.com/?d=9JC4YJW9These are in MP3. itunes settings were set on that for importing they day i put them onto my computer. I have a hard disc w/ them in lossless format. If anyone is Dire for those I can do them as well. (it'll take much longer)

That would be a great question to ask Rogers' in his Q&A section.

I was lucky enough to be down there with the guys for a weekend while they where recording Soup and I remeber a real bluesey song. Brad was laying down a great walking bassline. There was no vocals. I really don't remeber much though! LOL

Tripticket,
Thanks for posting the Demos for Soup. I love hearing those versions, so much more real than the final product.
