dont u have the sensation of water ..or swimming-..while listening em ?? the DUke is best example to me-..well nothin rare talkin bout king of surf... but what about at end"I Wonder" , well on the disc..those bubbles makes the vibe..but even at live (metro)..the band gives that vibe too.. the end of "Toes.." , i can even imagine the shine of the sun thru the trees! after the storm with those birds sing.. OMG! gotta stop smoke shit! hahaha "..and the sand blew.." at "Deserted".. cant wait to see em liveee!

They definitely get that whole "liquid" feel happening...I love it live because it really tickles your ears and makes you feel like you're floating away.

Blind Melon never really gave me the "water feeling". But the first Unified Theory album sure did. I think I read in an interview once that UT was going for the "water feel" & constant flowing. I think the 1st UT album is full of water comments & def. has the floating feel. Just my 2 cents...

A lot of the first UT record was written when they guys were vacationing on Shinn's boat in the Bahamas.
