Hey melons, yesterday we were discussing this with Kevin and Shana, and we still don't know how to do it... the idea was to use the melon chat for the bash day , but the problem is that we cant use the web cam and the audio (mic) is very hard and people would have to have a window per person who is listening or talking, so it would be a complete mess... whats better than that? well yahoo msn because we can use mic and web cam, and have our own conference but the problem is that people with Mac cant use it (the audio and cam), so it would be sad if some melons cant participate Shana thought about pal-talk but it wasn't available for mac either, finally the only program we found it can be used with PC and mac is Skype, so i was wondering, what if we ask melons if they would use skype... so the idea of this thread is that u melons can give us different ideas, opinions or if u know another chat that let us use cam and mic and its not as hard as the melon chat... and if u don't know anything about it, are u willing to use Skype? PD: I hope Kev, Shana or Mer don't mind i did this thread about the melon bash day, i know you're doing everything thanks in advance for your help ELVA

Skype is really simple, it works about the same as MSN or YIM so if you're familiar with these two, using Skype won't be a problem.

The only thing I was concerned about (because I didn't take the time to read the fine print) is if Skype charges you for using it? I know it has the call plan, but does it charge your internet/phone bill for going in chatrooms, etc?
