I purchased 4 t-shirts on Oct 29 from the blind melon store specifically "the merch lab" totaling $102.00 and have yet to receive them.(Dec. 20) There is essentially no customer service in place to help me. I have tried calling the phone number in California but that is just an answering machine with about 10 extensions to names of individuals I do not know who may or may not have anything to do w/ my t-shirts. I left a message in the general mailbox. There is no email address provided either, so I replied to the email that was sent to my as a receipt (don't reply to this message). SO it's been about 2 months and I can't help but feel like I've been ripped off. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing items from this store (especially if you're not American). Advice anyone? Don't bother replying to this thread with how you had no problem with your order, that's won't make me feel better. Edited due to issue resolution please see below quote- Meredith

I will say that my order too a long time to get delivered. When I finally got it, it was the wrong shirt.
My advice to you is to contact your credit card company and have them process a chargeback to get your money back. They will credit your account and it will up to the vendor to prove the charge is legitimate. Maybe that will help you get resolution.

Yeah, "Official" merch stores for bands, tend to have problems with delivering the goods. It sucks when you pay for express shipping so you can get something for a holiday or b-day or something, and it NEVER gets there on time.
AIC's store is like that, that's why I just make my own shit. Shirts, etc.
Also, I hate when stores don't have sizing charts. I am a big girl, I need to know if something will fit.

Try contacting the band via MySpace about this issue.

Guys, I am very sorry to see this and very sorry that you have had problems. This is the first I've heard of this and I can't tell you how pissed off I am right now. I'm going to make some phone calls today and see if I can get to the bottom of this. I'll let you know what I find out.
thanks,
Rogers

I was going to buy some shirts at the Starkville show but they had sold everything my size. So I ordered from there also. Hope mine does not take for ever.

*Follow up* It's been only about 5 hours since I first posted, and it seems that the issue has been resolved. That is the power of THE BLIND MELON FORUM! Thanks Rogers! Jay Moore called me and explained that they had problems w/ the USPS and have switched to DSL complete with tracking numbers as of November. Thanks Jay for being a stand up guy, and a pleasure to deal with. They are going to overnight my package to me with a few extra goodies thrown in for my troubles. I therefore retract my previous statement and encourage everyone to confidently order lots of stuff from the Blind Melon store.

Unless the shirts were on backorder, there's absolutely no reason why it should take nearly 2 months to receive (whether you're outside of the US or not). I'd say an extra week longer than normal orders max to get through customs. I'd request a refund on your shipping cost when you receive it and they should offer a discount off the shirts too. I deal with this all day and there's no way we'd get away with delaying an order for 2 months, especially without keeping in contact with the customer.Hope it gets resolved soon!! WOOHOO!! Glad they took care of everything. P.S. DHL RULES!! Good Decision

I'm so glad your shirts are the way. Kudos to Jay for taking care of the situation so quickly and for being so cool about it. Who knew Rogers had so much power. Maybe Blind Melon does rule the world...I've suspected it for years
