I'm not sure that Physical Copies are still available online anywhere. I will talk with Travis and see what I can find out.

The CD appears on amazon for cheaper from time to time. Occasionally they are used copies but any used CDs I've ever bought from amazon were perfect condition. If you can't find them on amazon.co.uk it's always worth checking the amazon stores for other countries as often they have different listings I tend to use ".co.uk" ".com" or ".de" and ".co.jp" often has hard to find stuff. Here's a couple of links that still seem to be in stock. The two "new" ones are still more expensive then usual but nowhere near the £114 of the original post. Sometimes especially with US orders it will say doesn't ship outside US, but often if you email the seller they'll add the international shipping option Amazon.com $13.63 Amazon.com new $33.95Amazon.de €38.87
