Very pleased to hear this news.
Now all i want is for Blind Melon to go on that European tour that never happened...
I've never seen the band live before and i really hope this is my chance!

Hey all!! We just want to confirm the rumors. Yes, the band has a few shows coming up. Travis will be singing. The future of the band is still up in the air. The guys are taking it very slow, this time around. However, 3 shows have been confirmed. Here are the dates: November 27, 2010 - The Aspen Festival (Aspen, CO.) November 28, 2010 - The Bluebird Theatre (Denver, CO.) February 04, 2011 - The Hard Rock & Casino (Albuquerque, NM.) |

That is a good idea to suggest to the band. We can possibly create a forum facebook page as well for updates. I will bring this task up to the rest of the mods. That would be great! I actually looked to see if there was a forum one before posting. I just worry about missing out on news like this. We'll send eMail blasts when more news pops up.  Bookmark us! |

just got back into jersey, haven't been online much and i see this. i must say i'm very shocked and curious to hear a post from the band. good news indeed though. i wonder how all the travis haters and bashers will react if this is gonna be permanent. i must say, i was one of them when it all came crashing down at the end. very interesting.

This is excellent news, but I really hope they announce something closer to the east coast. Because NM is the only possibility for me right now and that's like a day away in traveling from where I'm at (WV). If they came to OH, VA, DC or even NY I could get a greyhound up there... Like I said on Facebook this morning, if I don't get to see BM on this new tour I would be so fucking pissed. Especially w/ Travis, that just makes it more important...
