Lukewarm is what you want to be.... You guys just dont get it yet. Shannon is far more important than you could possibly imagine. You are just seeing a tiny bit of his seed sprouting up. People are writing songs about him because. ONE MAN WALK IT, A MILLION MAN SPARK IT!!

#sAng_banghead2# #whip1# #sFun_seestars# #barfaway# Its good to see that a uniform respect for music, due to the fact it is the expression of an individuals essence, is so common around here (/sarcasm)

I picture a Puck type character walking around a field singing infront of Shrek's house.
I didn't really care for the lyrics either. Too cheesy.

(not sarcasm) =) I truly respected this mans efforts. I didn't care for the song itself. a bit like the Peter Pan feel w/ the music that was mentioned before. I totally give credit for a valiant effort. Trust me, much respect #smiliedrunks#

I AGREE, but that concept doesn't help that dudes other songs. I didn't enjoy them much either

I didn't enjoy them much either To truly enjoy all music, you have to know what its about, and I dont mean what the writer meant it to mean, I mean the story. Heres the easiest synopsis, and just try to apply this struggle/journey, to every song you hear. Imagine that every "she" is the earth(receptive), and every "he" is the causitive force, and every "baby" or "child" reference is about human beings being young. "We are stardust, we are golden, We are billion year old carbon, And we got to get ourselves back to the garden."

There is another song up on youtube called Transendental Hayride- Shannon Hoon. It talks about how he died and what a waist it was. But, it seems almost like he is taking a swipe at him, but he has alot of other Shannon stuff and BM stuff on his page, so I don't like the song, but it is another one about Shannon.

Soup is my favorite Blind Melon album and it pains to hear people say it sucked etc. Galaxie is amazing, tones of home, 2x4, and my favorite song ever ''walk''! Just a great album.
