Personally - I bet Travis jumped the gun - the band would not be so callous w/ their loyal fans - Travis is young and perhaps emotional and I am not beliving it until I hear from the band. There HAS to be waaay more to this.....perhaps he has not been reliable and we all just never knew it? We just never really know so let's see what the band says...

Travis's Blog was hard to swallow. I just don't think the band would "kick him out" like that, they don't work that way. I am glad I have read both sides of the story before commenting on Travis's side only. I feel informed enough to feel awful that Travis is no longer singing for Blind Melon and I will miss him dearly but also that the band needs our support right now more than ever. These past two years have been amazing and brought so many fans together, I don't want to go back to the times when there was nothing to look forward to. I really wish Travis the best in his career but also want Blind Melon to go on as well.

OMG it has to be a hacker. Melon said they wouldnt have gotten Travis to sing for them if it didnt feel right, and theres no way in hell that this is right. They found a guy to replace Shannon, theres no way they can find another one. Travis was one of a kind

I agree with Mere. There is definitely more to the story and I dont think we'll ever find out.

I suggest locking this thread too and leave Rogers. We only need one for this, methinks. Peace Brad

Yea.Something doesn't seem right here. Nell Posted this in a bulletin too. But still the fact that the band itself has not said anything yet, seems really weird.

I guess Cheetum street will come off the setlist. I really enjoyed Tennesse Tuckness opening for them in OKC. Think she still will?
