I posted a bulletin on myspace too but thought this would be a good place as well. Does anyone have any good ideas for shirts? Nel wanted me to collect some ideas from everyone and I will pass them along to her since she hasn't been online in a while. Think quick!!!

Quick......meaning before the vigil.....LOL, actually, I don't think it takes her too long to make the shirts so if you have an idea, go for it! If it happens to be too late it can possibly be used next year!

Since Nel makes the shirts, I believe you can use any picture......last year we just went through magazines looking for pics of Shannon to use and as long as they are good, clear pictures she can make a shirt out of them. A few shirts were made from her personal pics but most of them are just the regular pictures you would find online or whatever. Can't wait to see your ideas!!

Heidi I love your ideas and I have to say the second one is just PERFECT! That picture is incredible and the quote on the back couldn't represent vigilgoers feelings more, I think.

I absolutely love the idea on the last one.
all have been good... but that one hits home w/me. i really like the other black one too.

thank you. it would be awesome to see one printed, but the place i printed the last shirt i made did a less than stellar job. it was supposed to look like this: front  back  but when i got it back, the orange and blue lettering was all gray, and the photos were unrecognizable and sort of a brown and purple color. maybe the images were too small or i chose bad colors, but i'd still like to try with someone else to see if i can get a decent one. does anyone know of any places that will print singles at a reasonable price? meanwhile, back at the ranch... i'd really like to see someone work up a vigil shirt with this image.  i've tried, but each idea was beyond my skill level. i love the image and i think it has just the right combination of orneriness and whimsy...classic shannon in my opinion. |
