I'll definately be at the HOB show! Already bought my ticket! I'm also hoping to go to the show in Southhaven the next Friday...kinda bummed tho, cuz I won't be able to make it to the Starkville show.

I'm working on it. It's going to be hard to miss any shows. From what I've heard, they really jam out when I'm not there.

I would get in the line at least 45 mins early, bring something to kill time with, then get up front and guard and your spot. Bring a friend to rotate for bar runs and bathroom breaks. Also just find the bus after the show and hang out, you are bound to get an autograph or 5. ;D

The bus will probably be parked right out in front of the venue on Decatur St. Greg and I have seen lots of tour buses parked there when we've been to New Orleans. As long as they park there you should have no trouble saying hello.
Sometimes the HOB does this thing where people who eat at the restaurant get in before everyone else. You might want to call them up and ask. You may be able to just hang out at the restaurant/bar inside rather than sitting on the sidewalk and still get early entry to the show.

every show i've been to at the hob nola they've had the "pass the line" deal. it basically is this, there are two lines, one for those who've either eaten in the restaurant or spent $20 in the gift shop. They check by your receipt, and you have to have ordered at least one entre per person in line, if you eat in the restaurant (which opens at 4). when the doors open, they let those in the "pass the line" line in first, then the others. calling ahead will let you know for sure if they're doing it or not. hope that helps though oh, and the buses are always parked in front of the place, there's no other place for them to park, equipment everything is loaded from the front.

Yeah see I remember the 20$ deal, because I did that last september for Brandi Carlile concert, I just wasnt sure if HOB Nola did that all the time, and plus I would rather buy something from BM gift shop than another HOB shirt..But I guess ill have to see when i get there. Thanks for the responses
