I was thinking about all the songs that the guys played last month. There are a few songs that I would love to hear them play and some that I can't live without.
I love them opening with Galaxie and 2x4. I also love Wishing Well and would die if they omitted that.
However, I would love if they played Wilt. Wouldn't that be awesome? I would also love to hear them play St. Andrews a few times.
What about you guys?

I'm surprised that they didn't play Harmful Belly this time. That is going to be awesome live. I know the crowd kept chanting "Harmful Belly" in Allston.

Brad said they may be adding Deserted and Pull... #rock# I will be a happy woman if this is true. I'm rooting for Deserted more than anything and Pull would undoubtedly be amazing. I hope they keep Time in the setlist for this next round of dates. That song translates so well to a live situation. I also really want to hear 2x4, Galaxie, Soak the Sin, I Wonder, Soup, Wilt, Drive, Change, Seed To A Tree, and Mouthful of Cavities. Out of the new songs, I want to hear Harmful Belly, Right Set of Eyes, Make A Difference, Wishing Well, For My Friends, and Sometimes. That's narrowing it down. If I had it my way, they would be doing at least a 3 hour show. ;D

I don't think a 3 hour show is too much to ask for. I wonder if they're still keeping around 1 1/2 hrs or if they're doing any longer sets.

Since that is my favorite melon song of all time, if they play that I die in front of them I'd also like to hear Glitch, Seed To A Tree, I Wonder, Dear Old Dad, New Life, Walk, Paper Scratcher, Lemonade. Pretty much every song, lol.

"Pull" would be great, I'd prefer a stripped down acoustic version. I would really love to hear "Seed to a Tree", they didn't play this live nearly enough, one of my favorites off the 1st CD. "I Wonder" would be great too. Add "dumptruck" to that list too.
My biggest request would have to be "All That I need".

Travis did Walk in MA and it was good. I would to hear that a few more times. I can't believe that I forgot Walk in my earlier post...how stupid of me. It's one of my absolute favorites. I would love Glitch too but I have come to the conclusion that it's unlikely that they will ever play that one live. I have had to tell myself to stop fantasizing about them playing that one.

Oh this is so hard!!! But I deff. think they NEED to add Pull and St Andrews (or better yet, TWENTY BELLOW, my FAVORITE version of this song!!!In my shoes yesterdaaaaaay yesterdayyyyy yesterdayyyy yesterdayyy yesterdaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ohhhhhh lol sorry!) As far as the new ones I will die if they omit Hypnotized and Wishing Well but I would also LOVE it if they played Down on the Pharmacy and Sometimes, they have such a lovely melony vibe and I love Travis' voice in DOTP. And please never stop playing Time! It was my favorite moment on the Pitts show (except when Nel went on stage with the boys).

Twenty Below would be incredible. That's the first version I ever heard of the song and the version on Soup was so much different. I never liked it as much as the Twenty Below version. I would be ecstatic if they played it.

I didn't realize the shows were only 1 1/2hrs, I find this short. Not that I'd complain if I've been there, hehe...and it might change once they get more into it and work on more tunes.

It does seem short. I think it's because lately I've been seeing artists that play for 2.5-3 hours like Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals, Medeski Martin & Wood, Galactic, etc. Although I have seen The Avett Brothers quite a bit recently and their shows are only about 1.5 hours. They can pack a lot of songs into an hour and a half. It seems like Blind Melon is able to pack a lot of songs into an hour and a half too...but when they get in the swing of things and start jamming out a little more on songs like Time the setlists will get shorter if they don't add time to how long they play.
