Not sure if this helps, but it may answer why their set list wasn't as varied as it might have been, I asked Rogers after the show about what it's like playing with Travis. Probably a bit of tongue-in-cheek, but the response was something along the lines that Travis could nail every Melon song right here in the parking lot (Holy 2x4, by the way!!!) but the band has to work a bit more to get the sound they want for each song (apparently, when Travis busted out No Bidness when Thorn's amp was on the fritz in Allston, the the guys were figuring it out as they went along!). Again, likely an exaggeration, but a cute anecdote none-the-less. I got the impression that after finishing up the CD and prepping for the support tour, you'll be hearing a lot more new and "classic" Melon!!
