Do any of you guys use Netflix? I was thinking that since you can link other people's Netflix lists to your own it would be cool if we could link our lists together. That way we could check out each others' favorites and give each other recommendations. If you're interested let me know. I haven't linked a friend to my list yet, but I think all you need to do is have the email address that is associated with the account that you want to link to.
Greg and I will be reinstating our Netflix account this week. We put it on hold for the holidays since we knew we wouldn't have time to watch anything. Now we realize that we miss having it and there are all of these movies we want to see so we'll be reactivating it.

uh oh...I just noticed that two of your most hated movies are in my queue....An American Haunting and Tristan and Isolde. We have a lot of the same favorites! I think the only thing I've noticed that you don't like and I do like are dumb comedies...I have a weakness for those kind of movies. I used to hate them but they have grown on me. I guess it's a guilty pleasure.

Greg and I share an account too and fortunately we tend to agree on most movies. If you see anything with Bruce Willis on my list I didn't add it! I don't have a big problem with him or anything, I just typically don't dig the type of films he chooses to act in. Usually I'm the one putting weird indie movies on the list and Greg will put the superhero/action type movies on the list.

Oooooooo... If you are a Mafia Movie fan, I see they have "Gotti". I just went to add it to my list and it turns out it was already in my list but it was number 80-something. I moved it up to number 12 so we'll see it sooner. I'll let you know what I think after I watch it.

Nice... And, trust me... it is a GREAT movie. It's tied for my favoriter movie of all time, along with "Once Upon a Time in America".. If you've seen the Sopranos, you'll notice that "Gotti" has 3-4 actors from that show...including Assante, who plays the lead roll, and does it extremely well. I love Mafia flicks.. however, I love true story Mafia flicks much better.

Goodfellas and Donnie Brasco are my all-time favorite Mafia flicks. I try to watch as many as possible. One of these days I'll get around to watching the entire Sopranos collection starting with Season 1...I've only had HBO for 2 years and I've purposely not watched it because I want to be able to get the DVD's and start from the beginning. I have A LOT of catching up to do.
Feel free to recommend all your favorite mafia movies to me, I'm definitely interested in seeing them! #gun# #gun# #gun# I even enjoy the mafia comedies even though they can be cheesy.

Thanks! I haven't seen a lot of those. I have Mobsters on my DVR right now just waiting to be watched. I loved The Last Don I and 2 and Boondock Saints. The rest are about to be added to Netflix if they aren't already.

Try and get the uncut version of Once Upon a Time in America... The theater version was cut nearly 2 hours.
