What movie does Jerry Seinfeld play a small role as a Prisoner in? Also, there is another star that plays a similar role in the same movie. This star actually made an appearance on Seinfelds sitcom. In return, Kramer (from Seinfeld) made a guest appearance on that man's sitcom.

Here is a hint to the second part of the question: The man I am looking for use to live in Kramer's apartment before moving out to live with his girlfriend (later turned wife).
