Oh wow, it looks great with it unsquished! ;D Photobucket automatically resized my screenshot, but I've reuploaded it now with the full size, haha. Kevin, what resolution does your Mac have? Mac have such huge resolutions, wow! EDIT: There's plenty of orange on the right hand side, but none on the left - it would be nice to get some there too!

I'm making a new background as we speak so we can see the texture on both sides. BTW Barb, this is as unsquished as it gets....Its obvious that size matters for you

I think it looks REAL sharp on the Main page. The sections are broken up enough to see the spotlights now and again once u get into reading the threads you hardly know the spotlights are there.... I'll screen cap some more of the updates for ya Mere..... .coming.....

Like, just a little more squashed...because I miss the orange spotlights now. But really, it's just details, the conclusion is, not size, but details matter to me I'm just thinking out loud but it looks really good

Kevin, what resolution does your Mac have? Mac have such huge resolutions, wow! it says 1920 x 1200 jibberish to me Haha, that's pretty damn big! It's just the amount of pixels This one's 1680 x 1050, haha Oh, I like the background, but I'm not sure if I prefer it to the spotlight one - all that was needed for the spotlight one was for the spotlights to be moved (that could easily be done in Photoshop or whatever).

Actually its the same exact background, I just took the image from the designer and put a less bright light effect to it....I think it looks pretty good in contrast to the black.

I'll screen cap this 3 change too Mere.....(the 2nd set of pics are still uploading) I think it looks the best (on my screen anyway) #thumb# (oh some smilies may not be as viewable w/ the black, but that's minor. Personally I think the color go well together, and if we find some new smilies....they may brighten things up a bit )

Ohhh, you know what I love? When the page loads and you can look at this awesome background for a second instead of being bored while waiting!

I really like it, and the I like other one, and I think that's because the orange adds more color to the layout, whereas this one adds more brown (which isn't a bad thing). I'm having trouble deciding which one I prefer... I guess this one does keep the place more in keeping, and the color scheme is more in unison, so this is one's probably better from that perspective! EDIT: I've looked a bit more, and I have to say... keep this one! The more I look at the orange with the other layout, the more it looks out of place.
