They would have just dug up the coffin and flown it to the U.S.
I read it in some article that the french cemetery was considering moving him because they kept finding drugs, condoms and garbage everywhere. Also, he attracted way too many people.

After Dave Mustaine was kicked out of Metallica, he formed Megadeth, who was the guitarist that Dave wanted to play, he turned Dave down & joined another band. Who's the guitarist and what band did he later join?

Kerry King - Slayer?
If that's correct, Kerry did play with Megadeth while looking for a full time guitarist.

Damn you Matt, Can't get nothin past you, . I don't know about you but I think Megadeth is better than those sellouts known as Metallica. Just listen to Rust In Peace, better than every Metallica album.

Megadeth is killer man. I have a few boots if interested. The newest one I got is a 2 CD set called "System Failure in Detroit". Perfect sound quality. They open with Set the World Afire (great tune). A lot of people don't like the newest release, but once I heard Blackmail the Universe I already loved it. I watched "Some Kind of Monster" and I feel sorry for anyone who has to play in the same band with a guy like Lars. Such a tool. I stopped listening to Metallica when And Justice for All came out. I swear they forgot to add the bass guitar into that album. I did see one of their shows after that though. The show was held the night after they won a Grammy for The Black Album. They do put on a killer show. But, their music doesn't compare to Mustaines'. However, Risk is something Mustaine should have never done.
Anyway, I'll stick with a Megadeth question.
When Dave Mustaine started developing the band, he read the word "Megadeath" on a hand bill. Inspired, he decided to write a song called "Megadeath". However, after writing the song, Dave decided to drop the "a" and call the band "Megadeth". What song was originally titled "Megadeath"?
