12 years too long....but a common thought is everything happens for a reason. Not sure what that reason could be....maybe one, or a few people who loved and lost Shannon's lives were saved by what they learned from Shannon's tragic mistakes. Any stories in that respect would be very inspiring to hear.....I miss Shannon's songwriting, I miss his singing, but at least we have what we have, and it is so much and so powerful. I'm thankful for that. Rest in peace brother, you are missed every day in so many peoples lives!!! |

In the past 12years so much has happened in the world..it's a toss up for me if he would be inspired or disheartened, but he would have Nico and Lisa and Nel and Vernie and US! RIP Shannon Hoon Forever Loved!

Shannon, you are missed and loved every day. Although there isn't a day that I don't think about Shannon, it was really hard last night listening to Nel talk about today. It was such a sad day and that sadness still hasn't lifted.
