I absolutely love this photo. Does anyone know which police dept this was taken with? Was it the NYPD, or the LAPD? And I would imagine that this is from the same photo session with the same cops. . . And here's me with the Louisiana State Patrol at Mardi Gras a few years back. hahah! . . . and why can't the LSP leave Willie Nelson alone? The dude is 73 years old and he held a benefit concert for New Orleans, right after Katrina. Y'know some fish - you catch and release. . .

Hey Ryan & all my fellow Melonheads, Amen on the Willie Nelson thing. He has done a whole lotta GOOD for people/this country. Cut him some slack (just my opinion). Also, THANKS to you & everyone else for posting all the great pics! My cell phone is a camera phone (like most are these days) & I have gotten bored with the pictures that I have taken & used for my Wallpaper or Screen Saver on my phone. So a while back, I thought, how can I make my phone more Melon??? I just used some pics that people have posted of BM & took a picture of the image on my computer screen & saved it as my Wallpaper & Screen Saver on my phone! (NOT to reproduce or sell or ANY other BS like that- just for myself to have something more Melonly cool to look at when I use my phone). That way, my phone can be as cool as the music I am listening to! Well have a great Melon-filled day everyone! -J.

Seriously Ryan? That's obviously Albert Einstein. I have no clue. I'll ask though... This is just something my travelling tattoo artist bud took when she went to see the Young/Soundgarden/Melon tour...The picture is beat. It's the original and looks as though she had it taped up somewhere and then stacked into a pile of other previously taped pics: most underrated statement of the year. Blind Melon IS more than joy, they Defin anything happy.

The thing that i've always noticed about those guys, and I hope i'm not wrong. Is they, genuinely seemed like they were friends. Not like some bands that travel seperately and never talk to each other, unless they have to. By the way i was driving around listening to "Soup" today and Glenn G is, truly a great drummer. He's very "chaotic" in the wal he plays. Like he's all over the place, yet stays within the boundries of the song. It somehow seems more real knowing he's on board with this reunion, if I may call it that.

Awww, awesome pics again, never seen some of them. I really love the "Blind Melon is joy" pic. Too bad that it's cut on the left side though (I know, getting too much into details...lol). Do you think I can use it Matt? I'd put it on my myspace but I don't know if the person who took it would mind if it's all over internet then...I prefer to ask...
