Hey Sarah,
You were in Bratislava I guess... Lovely city.. reminds me a bit of a provincial city like Utrecht. Although Prague is also beautifull I think it has been spoiled too much by tourism... Bratislava is less known and therfore more pure. Cheap and just great bars!
I rather smoke pot in Holland ;-)
And Barbara, we better have this deal.. join me to the States and let's see who gets tired first... i would love to dance/jump with you on time or deserted... hang out till one of us drops...
I still believe we need to rent a mobile home and follow the band! Who joins me! There is place for 5 other melons!

I think the mobile home was too expensive although it would be awesome. Maybe we could get just some kind of little bus? An old one, something cheaper? And Barbara, we better have this deal.. join me to the States and let's see who gets tired first... i would love to dance/jump with you on time or deserted... hang out till one of us drops... Deal! we can make a bet! haha! The one who'll lose the bet has to pay drinks the whole next day #cheers#

Hey, I have to correct myself! I didn't remember good this whole mobile home thing, Paul was once looking online how much it would cost but I forgot that we'd split the costs by six! So it would be actualy really cheap! It costs about 650 euro per week so it comes to a little less than 110 euro per person which is much cheaper than a hotel for one week! 1euro=about 1,3$ What do you say melons??? Who's in?? All I need now is money...but that shouldn't be such a problem I'll stop eating for awhile, it won't do me bad if I'll lose some weight anyway

I do agree on the fact "nederwietjes" are better! Nobody can beat us ..Prague is in the Czech Republic, not in Slovakia! Ah well.. it used to be the same country, so it's all kinda similar And I'd like to join If I could... which I kinda doubt..

You know, I think Paul should just come to your house and kidnap you and take you to the trip with us Hmmm...but then we'll give an impression that melons are evil...we have to figure out something else, lol.

Paul would just have to make friends with my parents They're kind really... Except from the fact they're loose and relaxed to anyone but me it seems.. 0_0 But maybe that's because of my age or something...

Yeah I easily make friends hehehe ;-) Noting evil inside of me! Yeah, actually Sarah, maybe I just need to come over one day and we watch a Melon dvd at your house. That could help to gain some trust!
Yeah, i was just thinking about it, damn I am like 30!!! pfff you're half my age! Hahah.
And concerning the melontrip with the mobilehome. I am definately in for this trip. And Barb, actaully to me it's not the main priority to be present at the first show... The combination ( if possible) with the Vigil and a few shows would rock. But this all can be ruined by the itenary from BM... we have to wait and see.
Maybe also do some more research on what offers they have! By the way my friend Martin is not going to join me/us. He is planning a huge trip to China.... to bad. Anyway, we need a couple of Melons to fill up the motorhome. Gabbeeee?? Are you interested? Charles, Barb, Sarah ( I'll convince your mom and dad!) and maybe some others..??
Stay tuned, by the way, I was in a bar last night and they played No Rain for me hehehhe youhoooooo I am gonna have it made!
Ciao, melon love

LOL! Well.. I don't really mind age difference at all, as long as we're having a good time! I can easily get along with "older" people aswell, so that'll be fine..

Ciao, melon love Yeah, it's true that the combination vigil/tour could be ruined by bands' itinerary although I think as long as they will be in the states or Canada it should be ok. I wouldn't mind doing a long car trip from one side of U.S. to another (Indiana)...well, if we have enough money of course. Bah, this just remnded me...Maybe I'll have to buy a new flash for my camera, grrrrr I need it for my work. And it costs WAY more than I thought Lately I've been calculating every cent and how to save a maximum and now this grrr. It's not 100% yet but doesn't look good. Sooo...back to the topic...well, I said everything actualy...I think. Marika, Joel, since you're european melons who will be at the next vigil - are you in for this trip? Or anyone else? We'd just all have to meet at one place in U.S. So I guess for american melons it all depends where the band will be and where we would meet. Paul, I can do more researches on the offers but you said you have some discount with a company? Let me know what was the lowest price you found so that I know better what price to look for.

It would be great, Vigil/tour but I don't think my boss would love have me away from work for more than 7/10 days in September, #gun# I don't know for sure if he would give me a few days of vacation for the Vigil this year.....I don't know yet.... my finger are crossed. #dunno# I can work all the July and August days without a day of vacation but I need a few days for make it to the Vigil. #hoonsmiley#

When we're past the parent-obstacle, there's something else to worry about: the finances. There's about 200 euros on my bank account, which probably wouldn't be enough to make it to the US! I can save some money.. but my parents give me 45 euros a month, which just still wouldn't be enough after like.. 6 month of saving..

Marika, you should #chair# your boss! Or find a new job! lol Well, I say that but I have no idea how it will be for me in september but I keep being optimistic and I hope that if I countinue to be a free-lancer I'll be free, lol.
Sarah, what if you tell your parents how important this is for you? And they help you a little more and you can give them the money back then? You could even find a job during the summer vacations?
