Hey, everyone, i know i haven't been around much. i have limited puter access, so don't think it's cuz i love my melons any less.  ANYWAY, i know it's kinda last minute, but....well, ya know how it is...... [glow=red,2,300]I FINALLY MADE MY RESERVATIONS![/glow] unfortunatley, with work and school, etc, my trip will be short. our (rob and i) plane lands at IND at 6.00 pm on friday the 23rd. i booked a rental car with the flight, too, so everything's covered. and i have to take a 6 am (ouch) flight back to NY on monday morning. i paid out the ass for the airfare because i waited till now.  duh and.....Zoe made our room reservation yesterday, too! zo, bob, rob and i are staying together in a room. oooh, fun, fun, i can't freaking wait. ;D so it's official. we're going. who else has their OFFICIAL plans? it's so exciting! can't wait to hang out with all you melons! peace. That is soooo awesome Lauren!!! Cant freaking wait to meet you and Zoe and your bfs!!! Did you remember to put the reservation under Sugar Sky Productions? Just wanted to make sure you guys were gonna stay on the same block with all the other melons  Sucks you'll have to fly out so early on Monday but hey at least you get to stay for Vigilstock! well it so happens to be on friday the 23rd i wake up around uh lets say 8-9am Indiana time, shower and all the good stuff and ill be makin my way to shannon's around 10-12pm give or take. and it only takes like 5 or 10 mins to drive there from my house so i guess why im telling everyone this is, am i going to be the only early bird there all by myself, or we going to some people join me for a early jam out session at shannons on the eve of the vigil. i just dont want to be alone  Let me know if anyone eles is showing up at shannons grave friday mouring sometime! Holy melon! I can't believe it's next week already!! I'm going insane making plans and getting ready! I took 6 days off work (from the 22 to the 27).. I am planning to stay there from Thursday till approximately Monday/Tuesday! This is gonna be sweet! I can hardly wait to set foot in Indiana again. Last year I wasn't able to make it because I was in Brazil... it really broke my heart... It's hard when you know you're missing out, especially after you've experienced it already and know how great it feels to be surrounded by other melon heads and to be able to pay respects to Shannon. Anyway... I will see you all in a few days!! Gabby, I can't wait to hug you!!! Weeeeee!

Last year Friday was probably the best day, just the excitement of getting there and there were few people and it was just so intense and emotional... So yeah I guess my point is we'll see you there... Whats ur name so I can look for you? Nataaaaa! Cant wait to hug you either sister, weeeeeeeeeee Oh yeah btw, guess fucking what? I just got off the phone with Lisa and she's going to make it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just gave her ur number too, she'll call you this week YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY Today went by SO FUCKING SLOW! Friday was the best night last year, but i didnt go out there untill 3 or 4 last year on Friday but Shannon says "Fridays Are Always Fresh Days" So i want a fresh and early start to my friday!

its only a week you guys! as lauren said, i booked our hotel. the guy put us with the rest of the vigil block bob and i will be leaving akron around noon (after my education portfolio meeting thing is overwith) and be there who knows....mapquest says its 5 hours, but i found a quicker route, so it might only be 4. i cant wait to meet everyone! i know i'll be able to find fer, but hopefully i'll recognize everyone else from this wonderful board! not to mention meet lots more less internet savvy melons. cant wait, everyone! our time has arrived. :z: |

As I mentioned earlier, I took 6 days off work, from Thursday 'till Tuesday, but since I'm not a fulltime worker (I'm casual), I don't work everyday and I wasn't booked to work on Tuesday and Wednesday, which means I could go as early as Tuesday (tomorrow!!) and spend a whole week there... I already had everything planned and was going to buy the ticket today, but my stupid boss asked me to work tomorrow from 2-10pm which means I can't do as I planned  HOWEVER, I really wanna make it there early, so I'm taking the bus at 11:15pm, just an hr after I leave work tomorrow night and I should be in Indiana on Wednesday afternoon!!! I don't know what the hell came over me but I am so doing this! ahahaha! Indiana, here I come!! I can't wait to see you guys there!!! |

Hello, my lovely melons!!
It's Tuesday, September 20, I'm at work right now and just thought I'd send you guys one last message before I leave for the vigil! I am leaving tonight right after work at 11:15pm! I leave work at 10pm, so I'll just have time to go home and get my bags! LOL It will be a long ass 17 hr trip on good ol' greyhound , but hopefully I should be in Idiana by tomorrow afternoon! I am so excited about this! Too bad I'll be by myself for the first/second day but Gabby and Fer will get there Thursday evening! I am so stoked! ANyway... my break is over so I better go!
For those of you who are going: SEE YOU THERE!
For those who aren't: My heart and thoughts are with you and things won't be the same without you!
Oh, one last thing, I am taking my god damn laptop with me, so if the hotel has net access like gabby said, I should be able to post and send you guys messages from the hotel! AAAND I'm taking my digital cam which means I could send you guys super fresh, right outta the oven pics of the vigil!!!!!!! I am so prepared this year! Anyway, love you all and see you soon!
