I just noticed on the introduction page that someone had something autographed and next to where Shannon autographed his name he wrote "everyday above ground is a good day" ..those are lyrics in the song Last Laugh so I went and looked up the rest of the lyrics to the song and I was wondering was that song written about Shannon? It really seems like it could have been and the part where it says "you never see her, hair in braids and blue eyes, because we didn't try hard enough, she's still waiting to hear you sing a song for her" those lyrics def seem like they are talking about Nico. It's just weird that out of all the times I have listened to that song I never noticed what the lyrics could mean..its opened up a whole new meaning of it. What do you guys thing the song means?

Last Laugh is definitely about Shannon Hoon.
Shannon often used the phrase "Every day above ground, is a good day."

There are also quotes in the song from a letter Shannon wrote to CT... Not sure if it's an exact quote....
I want to live so much that I am going to die I want to run so fast that I am going to fall I probably said it once before I apologize This will be the last time

oh wow I didn't know that, thanks for sharing! It's so weird how the more you find out the better it gets. I've always liked that song but never realized all of the meaning behind it. It means so much more to me now. awesome.

That's my video from an in-store the guys did before a show in Columbus, Ohio. That song really spoke to me lyrically, so much so that I got the lyric tattooed on my arm two summers ago.
